These are very large pads that work well for shoulders and hips and give an amazing butt massage as well. Place with the curved edge on the very outside of the butt cheek and the wavy edge toward the crack to cover most of the outside surface of each cheek. An escalating pulse rhythm works best. Enjoy!

Because of the large surface area they also work well as a ground/pairing for gloves and other smaller electrodes where sensations on only the smaller accessory are desired. 

 Note: these have a very large surface area and will take much more power than normal much smaller pads. Keep turning the power up until desired sensation is achieved, or switch to a stronger unit if necessary. 

Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these just under 7.5 x 4 inches.
