Unique, new design.  Contains 4 standard 40mm square pads as the 4 corners within one larger 120mm square pad. No more slipping or disconnecting of pads in a set.  Excellent for genital areas as well as therapeutic purposes. 

Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these just under 2 inch conductive surfaces in a 5 inch square.
