A uniquely shaped bipolar pad. It fits well with the natural curves of the body in many areas. It's also ideal for the ball/sole of the foot. Note the snap connectors rather than the pin jacks. 

Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these roughly 3.5 inches long. The 'tail' is just under 3 inches wide, the head is 2 inches wide, and the middle tapers to 0.5 inch.
