These are made of sturdy silicone, but are not self-adhesive so be sure to get some Tensive gel to help keep them in place. Large oval pads with built-in pin connections. Great for therapeutic use of large areas such as the lower back.  Also used for weight-loss and abdominal exercise.

Note, due to the larger surface area it will take a higher power output to achieve optimal sensations. 

Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these roughly 4 x 6.5 inches.
