This strap is bi-polar and made with real leather. It is adjustable around the shaft from 1-1/4" diameter on the first snap to 1-1/2" fully opened to the second snap. The back strap that goes around the scrotum adjusts from about 1-3/4" diameter to a 2" diameter when fully extended for a perfect fit. There are 7 small  electrified inner buttons on the back strap and 5 inner buttons on the front  shaft strap.
